As anin Radiology Informatics, you'll play a crucial role in delivering seamless integration services to connect Philips Enterprise Informatics (EI) and Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions with systems from other leading vendors. You'll work collaboratively with a global team to provide complete solutions to healthcare organizations.
Integration Analysis:
Document detailed customer requirements
Define workflows, conduct customers interviews, design solutions, and define interface
Evaluate alternative solutions and estimate effort
Prepare and qualify integration service offers to create work packages and quote services
Develop test plans and test environment
Integration Delivery:
Implement solutions by developing components or configuring existing products
Execute unit and system testing
Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
Define service strategies and procedures for the integrated solution
Document solutions and hand them over to the service organization for maintenance
Convert requirements into detailed specifications and work units
You're the right fit if:
Educational Background: University Degree/Master's Degree or equivalent in IT, technical field, or a related field
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or developer position
Technical Skills:
Database design, implementation, development, and administration
Proficiency in development tools (Visual Studio, .NET, Java, J2EE, PL/SQL, C, C++, COM, Web interfaces, XML, SOAP, etc.)
Strong understanding of medical standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE)
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis abilities
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written English language skills

Your role:
You will collaborate with the Technical Services Team in the project delivery setting, assisting in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions.
You will perform technical installations of radiology software, ensuring application readiness, completing installations, and handling technical configurations.
You will support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archiving),
You will troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery.
You will classify, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety.
You will customize monitoring tools, produce technical reports, and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap.
Requirements:
1. You are a recent graduate of a Technical School (IT background preferred) or with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. You have a basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus.
3. You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. You have a proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
4. You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
