Description:

Manage Sales Team

  • Lead and manage a team (Sales executive (SE) and Sales Specialist) to create value for our customers and deliver on EI growth targets. Ensure proper resource allocation. In extension, the expectation is to be a front-seller yourself.

  • Monitor sales team individual performance against targets and provide constructive feedback to ensure goals are met or exceeded and drive effective funnel management to build towards sales targets and Philips business objectives.

Drive Regional Sales Strategy

  • Partner with ZBULs (Zone Business Unit Leader) to understand and execute BU GTM plans. And collaborate with Health Systems key stakeholders (KAMS, AES, Govt) to support regional EI sales strategy and initiatives.

  • Drive specific regional EI strategy initiatives across a range of customer accounts by aligning them to front-line seller activities. Understand market dynamics within assigned territory for focus and action.

Ensure proper Go To Market (GTM) focus for each respective Business Unit (BU)

  • Ensure balanced selling activity to maximize EI presence in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate with assigned territory /District leaders from Philips modalities to implement co-selling initiatives. Develop a deep understanding of Phillips EI portfolio products to effectively support front-line sellers and other end-users on major strategic sales opportunities.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. MBA is a plus with 6 - 10 years’ experience in a business leadership role within the Medical Device industry, having knowledge of the Healthcare Informatics space is a distinct advantage.

  • In-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem.

  • Extensive sales background with a deep understanding of how to achieve results through effective channel management and extensive network within the hospital sector (including C-Suite) across Indonesia.

  • Strategic business mindset, with the ability to position the business for current and future growth. Solid engagement and communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and customers at all levels, within a matrix environment.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to communicate effectively, verbal & written, in English.

Drive product quality improvement activities, using statistics and data analysis techniques to improve processes. Working with production, manufacturing engineering andsuppliersquality in the areas of process control, quality control and assurance, data collection, failure analysis, corrective actions, reporting for early detection and correction and continuous improvement. Responsible for “real time” investigation of failures, finding root causes, issuing summarizingand following-up corrective actions implementation.

  • B.A. /B.ScStudent in Industrial Engineering and Management

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • At least 3 semesters till graduation

  • Ability to work at least 3 days a week, preferably 4 days

Your role:

  • Aids to implement quality control procedures and protocols, ensuring adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

  • Helps in the documentation of regulatory requirements for good manufacturing controls for medical devices as outlined in quality control plans, assisting in implementing the laboratory chemical hygiene program.

  • Provides support towards the execution of validation protocols and testing methods for new products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Engages in continuous learning and on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge and ensures quality of own work by conducting checks and taking responsibility for the accuracy of work.

  • Adheres to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.

  • Escalates issues to superiors and participates in planning and priority settings within their area of responsibility.
