Minimum required Education & Skills:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in (Product) Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, UX Design, or equivalent.
• 10 Years of Experience in the industry.
• Great team worker. Excellent empathetic, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills. Prolific in presenting and dealing with higher-level businesspeople as well as on-the-ground designers.
• A consumer electronics design experience expert with knowledge of managing brand-based design programs and portfolios, preferably across different touchpoints including product, UX, packaging, and marketing materials

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. Your role:

• Participate in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines

We're looking for a highly skilled and experiencedto lead the development and launch of our next-generation Computed Tomography (CT) system. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the product's entire lifecycle, from its initial concept and definition to its successful launch and post-market management.

You are responsible for

• Product Leadership: Drive the entire product lifecycle for our new CT system, including defining the product strategy, creating the product roadmap, and leading development from concept through to launch. You will manage the product after launch, overseeing its lifecycle, quality, service, and cost of ownership.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing team to develop and a comprehensive go-to-market plan, including positioning, pricing, and launch activities. You will define the product's compelling value proposition, articulating its clinical benefits and operational efficiencies to both internal and external audiences.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with a wide range of global stakeholders, including engineering, R&D, sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, service and clinical teams. What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of leading products through their entire lifecycle.

Drive APQP plan development, execution, monitoring, and control as part of sustaining changes.

Execute supplier performance monitoring, reporting, improvement, and development activities.

Conduct supplier quality risk assessment and mitigation activities.

Assess and coordinate Supplier Change Requests.

Develop supplier competence where needed, fostering continuous improvement.
