We're looking for a highly skilled and experiencedto lead the development and launch of our next-generation Computed Tomography (CT) system. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the product's entire lifecycle, from its initial concept and definition to its successful launch and post-market management.


You are responsible for

  • Product Leadership: Drive the entire product lifecycle for our new CT system, including defining the product strategy, creating the product roadmap, and leading development from concept through to launch. You will manage the product after launch, overseeing its lifecycle, quality, service, and cost of ownership.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing team to develop and a comprehensive go-to-market plan, including positioning, pricing, and launch activities. You will define the product's compelling value proposition, articulating its clinical benefits and operational efficiencies to both internal and external audiences.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with a wide range of global stakeholders, including engineering, R&D, sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, service and clinical teams. You will be responsible for building consensus, influencing cross-functional teams, and navigating complex organizational dynamics to ensure alignment and drive the product forward.
  • User & Market Insight: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the CT industry, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.   • Business Acumen: Own the business case for the new CT system, including understanding market opportunities, business models, and pricing strategies to ensure commercial success

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of leading products through their entire lifecycle.
  • Deep knowledge of the Computed Tomography (CT) industry , including technology, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • 5+ years’ experience in leading a R&D team or project manager team will be a plus.

  • Strong Project Management experience required.

  • Generally, has been part of at least 5 new product development cycles as a Sr. Project Leader (concept to launch)
