Description:

We are seeking a strategic Director of Employee Shared Services to lead the continued transformation of our global People Operations shared services function. Reporting to the VP, People Operations, you will provide direct leadership to our global HR shared services team while advancing our evolution toward a sophisticated, self-service enabled organization that empowers employees and streamlines complex HR processes globally. You will establish scalable and agile operational processes, resolve complex global employee transaction related issues, and drive continuous improvement and automation.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct leadership to regional HR Shared Service teams in AMER, EMEA, and APAC
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for employee lifecycle transactions, and overall people, process, and system strategy
  • Establish scalable, agile, and best-in-class global team processes and operating model
  • Resolve complex issues globally, ensuring compliance and a strong control environment, and driving continuous improvement and automation of processes
  • Partner with vendors to create compliant and reliable systems and processes while actively manage vendor relationships and providing ongoing feedback
  • Review and assess risk across the business and design controls to address and mitigate risk.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct people leadership of a global team within in a People Operations organization.
