  • 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver on the Venmo Debit product roadmap by following the stages of the product development lifecycle within the Consumer Financial Services business unit
  • Participate in business planning to inform decision making on key initiatives tied to the goals of the business
  • Participate in cross-functional capacities to influence the product roadmap and the prioritization of activities that deliver on financial targets and metrics
  • Be accountable for the Venmo Debit Card product team – which includes but not limited to, career development, team collaboration and performance assessments and driving employee satisfaction within their roles
  • Act as the end-to-end product leader to stakeholders and peers across Venmo and PayPal, effectively communicating product roadmaps, priorities and challenges
  • Work closely with the core stakeholders to deliver on the product roadmap by quarter and year
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product strategies and potential opportunities to help maintain Venmo’s leadership position in the market.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creating, grooming and delivering on product roadmaps and strategies (including acquisition, engagement and retention based roadmaps), preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and associated artifacts, deliverables and documented plans
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong, effective communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset
