The role of Senior Data & Reporting Analyst - Outsourcing Risk, will be a member of the Enterprise Risk Management organization and support global entities as part of the Affiliate Services Outsourcing Management program.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate internally to influence the quality and efficiency of entity management processes and programs.
  • Determine appropriate actions outside of defined processes while considering alternative solutions.
  • Oversee team performance and prioritize work to ensure effective project execution.
  • Provide insights on best practices in corporate governance and legal compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all legal entities and subsidiaries.

Expected Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Analytical reviews on SLA performance in line with operational expectations

  • Analyze and rationalize complex data sets to support updates on the health of the Affiliate Services Program

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all Functional Areas to monitor group and third-party outsourced service provider relationships, driving resolution and timely closure of non-performance issues against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and present timely status updates to senior management.

  • Maintain the Outsourcing Lifecycle via online solutions including administration task within the solution (ServiceNow)

  • Operationalize Affiliate Services processes for newly licensed / regulated entities globally with respect to Outsourcing obligations

  • Ensure all Affiliate Services documentation meets regulatory and policy requirements and drive digitization efforts

  • Support key stakeholder in PayPal entities receiving services and assist with the collation and reporting of any data, queries or remediation efforts relating to the services provided

  • Drive continuous improvement in the monitoring processes required to meet business or regulatory needs

  • Maintain outsourcing chain documentation and central repository of agreements

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as framework and operational improvements, strengthening of internal controls, streamlining reports and processes

  • Financial industry and/or regulatory knowledge and experience

  • PowerBI and Advanced Microsoft Excel experience

  • Hands on experience with regulatory projects (gap assessments, planning and implementation)

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience with business administration and/or business law

  • Subject matter knowledge across multiple PayPal functional areas / disciplines
