Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Manage company attendance systems (Maccano + Hibob), including procedure implementation, reporting, updating legislative changes, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Oversee employee onboarding and termination processes, including handling 161 forms.
• Process 101 forms in the Hilan system.
• Manage employee payroll deductions/reimbursements and maintain communication with pension insurance agents.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Certified Payroll Professional in Israel – mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions – mandatory.
• 1-4 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a high-tech company with over 300 employees.
• Proficiency in Hilan system – advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving innovation across 3-4 teams, each comprising developers, architects, and automation QA experts. As the Director of R&D, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, owning the full development life cycle from conception to production.

• Proven experience in driving stack modernization projects.
• Extensive background in software development and a deep understanding of the full development life cycle, particularly in the context of large-scale, mission-critical SaaS applications.
• Strong technical background, experienced in cloud native, mico-services based SaaS products. Hands on is advantage.
