The Expoint is in need of a Senior Finance Manager Sales professional to help drive top-notch financial results in the tech industry and be a key part of our team. As a Senior Finance Manager Sales, you will be required to lead a team of Sales Finance professionals and coordinate the development of reporting and standard processes to ensure optimal results. You will also need to work with leadership teams and other internal clients on financial matters, while actively contributing to the planning and forecasting of multiple business segments.
Your primary responsibility is to help increase sales and improve sales processes through increased analysis, scrutiny, and feedback. You will be expected to manage a team of finance professionals in order to achieve sales goals, striving to create a uniquely successful sales and performance framework. Your responsibilities in this role include monitoring and managing the sales planning process on a monthly basis, ensuring the integrity of data produced by the team, and extending analysis support and guidance to the sales teams.
Additional responsibilities associated with this role also include managing the budget process, performing fee and commission review, and handling contract renewals and forecasting. This senior finance position requires a strong background in financial analysis, deep knowledge of sales processes, and exceptional communication skills.
