As a Major Account Manager, you are a key member of our team. Your responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with strategic accounts, devising and executing strategies to exceed customer needs and develop new business opportunities, and collaborating with our sales team to secure revenues. You will need to excel at building relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
You will need to be innovative and highly motivated with the ability to generate involvement and enthusiasm from clients. Furthermore, you need to be able to plan and organize well, and be able to closely monitor customer activities and progress. Great communication is essential to articulate ideas clearly and positively, while maintaining a professional demeanor with colleagues.
In addition, you will need to possess a comprehensive technical and industry knowledge and have a proven track record in relationship management, sales, and customer success. Intricate understanding of the market ecology and current trends is a must.
The ideal candidate for this role should be self-motivated, with excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, and be experienced in MS Office Suite, CRM, and other software.
