Your Impact

• Account Management
  • Key account ownership and relationship management for Palo Alto Networks’ largest customers
  • Operate as primary point of contact for multiple product lines supporting the customer journey

Your Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high visibility post-sales engagements
• Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers with an expertise in 1+ of the following areas
  • Cloud Security
  • DevSecOps
  • Network Security
  • Security Operations
• Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with C-suite through client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
• Expertise in customer guidance throughout their Journey focusing on Value Realization in addition managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions

• Current, valid, and transferable UK Security Clearance (SC) is required.

Your Career

This role is based in London, England. EMEA HQ is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands with offices across the region, both fully managed and serviced.

We need an innovative project delivery leader to help us build and scale in the EMEA region. As a member of the Global Places & Security (GPS) team, you will be leading new build, refresh, & operational real estate projects, collaborating to develop design standards, managing site readiness and openings, and creating environments blending creativity and efficient work & customer facing spaces that are aligned to our brand and culture needs. You will deliver in a fast-paced, complex environment while elevating and driving an excellent customer, employee, and guest experience. You are expected to integrate leading project management practices, workplace design principles, and efficient workplace operating methods to ensure we delight our stakeholders with delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and highest quality while enabling the company to efficiently scale. You will be directly accountable for managing and accomplishing all project requirements/objectives aligned with Palo Alto Networks’ culture and business needs.

Your Impact

• Apply project management methodologies to ensure execution of project goals and objectives across all workstreams.

• Collaborate and interface with vendors, internal clients and business partners, (People, Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.) leadership, to ensure successful project delivery of work & customer spaces, and they align with our strategic goals, culture, and branding needs. Lead due diligence, business requirements gathering, programming, design, bidding, permitting, procurement, management, vendor evaluations & selection.

• Ensure complete financial management of projects: estimate costs, manage budgets, maintain monthly forecasts, provide cash flow analysis, prepare anticipated cost reports and any other reports as required by leadership and Finance & Accounting teams.

• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights into project progress, potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.

• Promote change and facilitate continuous improvement by leveraging good data and analytics to make recommendations and decisions. Incorporate sustainable building practices and innovative design solutions into all projects.

• In collaboration with Procurement, negotiate contracts with selected vendor(s) and manage performance of all contracted vendors & consultants

• MEP Infrastructure Management – Oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for both new projects and existing offices, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with local standards.

• Travel to different locations across the region as needed to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Ad Hoc Support – Provide timely support for ad hoc requests and operational needs from the EMEA Places team.

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field is an advantage.

• PMP Certification or advanced project management skills required

• 10+ years of related experience with 5+ years of leadership in hands on delivery of capital projects with diversity in complexity, size, geographies, and possess in-depth knowledge of building systems & technology

• Have excellent attention to details, embrace human centered design concepts, and have a passion for delivering great experiences for customers, employees, and guests

• Know how to scale & evolve project delivery processes and platforms

• Be strong advocate for and passionate about workplace, sustainability, brand, and culture

• Have top notch collaboration, partnering, & influencing skills

• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation abilities

• Have highly developed business, financial, data & analytical acumen

Your Experience

• 10+ years of field sales experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance sales teams in a high-growth environment with large quota/deals
• Strong understanding of complex solution sales methodologies, value selling, and enterprise buying processes with operational discipline
• Experience selling AppSec, or CNAPP (DevSecOps, CloudOps) solutions is highly preferred.
• Established relationships with key security decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs) and the ability to drive strategic conversations
• Expertise in channel and partner sales strategies, with a deep understanding of go-to-market models
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed sales organization with a focus on continuous expansion and customer success
• A "whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed to support team members, engage customers, and meet business needs

As a member of our sales leadership team, you will build and drive sales teams to exceed company objectives while growing your region according to plan. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while simultaneously mentoring and developing your team members to accomplish individual and organizational goals. It will be required that you track sales activity, provide sales projects, and create and analyze metrics.
Your Impact

• Responsible for building and developing a team of quota carrying and lead generation sales professionals
• Own and drive revenue outcomes within the assigned region, territories, and/or district, exceeding personal and team sales quotas and goals
• Review weekly forecast and business outcomes with representatives and sales leaders
• Coach, develop, and mentor representatives to success in all aspects of the sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing opportunities, while using our channel/partner network
• Build sales analysis for insight into weekly, monthly and quarterly execution and strategies
• Attend weekly regional forecast and management calls to provide Inside Sales perspective
• Work closely with other Sales Leaders on crafting business strategy to accomplish company goals

Your Experience

• Sales experience and management experience: preferably experience handling both quotas carrying and lead generation inside sales teams
• Enterprise sales experience required: networking or network security industries strongly preferred
• Experience with channel and partner sales models
• Consistently achieved sales goals through your leadership and personal goals
• Able to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs
• Hired, developed and retained successful sales talent
