This position provides an opportunity to work closely with customers and end users in Madrid while supporting our range of software and hardware products. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer – Focused Services you will be responsible for solving customer's technical queries, onboarding new customers, assisting with product implementations, diagnosing system problems, and resolving customer issues.
You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be frequently interacting with customers and end-users from a variety of different businesses. Throughout this process, you will need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and technical expertise. Additionally, you will have the chance to work independently and within a team while leveraging the latest technologies.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar and experience in software or hardware product support. An understanding of customer service principles and practices and strong problem-solving skills are also essential. On top of this, knowledge of both Spanish and English is required.
