Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing manager to design, build and execute our marketing plan for the Alps and CEE Region. Reporting into the Director, EMEA Central Marketing, you will partner with, and influence, the Regional Sales Directors to build data-driven plans supporting Platformization and regional sales strategies to drive exponential growth in this market segment. The successful candidate will have a proven record of strategic planning and influencing at senior leadership levels, field and channel marketing experience - and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans for the Alps and CEE region, based on the marketing strategy and fully aligned with business objectives and Go-to-Market (GTM) priorities
  • Drive omnichannel campaigns that create connected customer journeys — combining digital, social, and in-person experiences to generate new sales opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships across key accounts and buying centers
  • Plan and execute online and offline events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to engage strategic audiences, elevate brand visibility, and support business-critical deals
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors, EMEAL Marketing Leadership, and partners to ensure strong alignment, business impact, and seamless execution across direct and indirect routes to market
  • Enable and support channel partners by co-developing joint marketing plans, managing co-marketing investments (MDF), and ensuring effective marketing attribution and ROI measurement through deal registration and pipeline tracking
  • Leverage AI tools and insights to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and content personalization, driving measurable pipeline contribution
  • Analyze and report marketing performance using data-driven insights to optimize investments and continuously improve results
  • Act as an ambassador and evangelist for Palo Alto Networks’ marketing strategy — building trusted relationships with sales teams, partners, and thought-leadership communities to enhance regional impact

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, technology, or another fast-paced environment, covering both field and channel marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated and omnichannel campaigns, combining digital, social, and in-person experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Experience in partner and demand generation programs, including co-marketing planning, MDF management, and campaign ROI tracking
  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and C-level engagement tactics
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools and analytics to enhance campaign performance, targeting, and personalization
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships across sales, channel, and marketing teams

  • Expert troubleshooting skills to resolve cloud infrastructure and service issues, effectively identifying root cause and devising effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in automation using Python and shell scripting ; Golang is a plus.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Helm , leveraging AI tools for development.
  • Solid experience with Kubernetes , container networking, and container workloads.
  • Strong Linux administration skills .
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps principles , and tooling like GitLab and Jenkins .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively to drive outcomes.
  • Self-disciplined, self-managed, and highly driven with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving cloud technologies, security threats, and advancements through continuous learning.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location.
