What you'll be doing

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading engagements across high-impact industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and beyond.

What we need to see

• BS/MS in AI, Data Science or computer science-related field (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 8-10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in AI, Generative Ai or Physical AI.

• Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or within relevant verticals, focusing on Generative AI, applied machine learning, or physical AI development.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.

• Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as needed).

• Arabic and English fluency required.

What you'll be doing:

• Come up with creative ways to promote NVIDIA’s leadership in Enterprise AI across national, IT/tech and trade media.

• Lead PR agencies and work with internal collaborators in EMEA and at HQ-level to drive outstanding media coverage and identify new PR opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with local marketing in building a comprehensive plan for the Middle East region.

What you will be doing:

• Help our customers with the installation and onboarding of the Run:ai software

• On a daily basis to maximize to help increase the value of the Run.AI software. These includes:

• Helping data scientists and ML engineers embed best practices in the world of machine learning operations.

• Configuring Run:ai to match customer’s use case

• Integrate run:ai into customer's existing ML ops environment including scripting

• Diagnosing and solving customer issues in sophisticated cloud native environments

• Use existing profiling and analysis tools to find bottlenecks and low utilization of deep learning models.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders (e.g. Pre-Sales Solution Engineers, Account Managers, Account SAs, Product) in the post-sale stage by understanding business requirements and providing industry and technical input.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be the first line of technical expertise between NVIDIA, our NCP and our end-customers. Your duties will vary from designing new systems, working on proof-of-concept demonstrations, to driving relationships with key technical executives and managers to promote accelerated computing and Generative AI. Dynamically engaging with developers, scientific researchers, data scientists, IT managers and senior leaders is a meaningful part of the Solutions Architect role and will give you experience with a range of challenges and solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engage with NCP to drive initiatives, shape new business opportunities, and cultivate collaborations in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), contributing to the advancement of our cloud solutions.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities for NVIDIA products and technology solutions in datacenters and artificial intelligence applications, closely collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.

• Serve as a technical specialist for GPU and networking products, collaborating closely with account managers to secure design wins and actively engaging with customer engineers, management, and architects at key accounts.

• MS/PhD or similar in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering fields with at least 5 years work or research experience in networking fundamentals, TCP/IP stack, and data center designs.

• Ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of Solution Architect experience, demonstrating motivation and skills to drive the technical pre-sales process.

• Deep expertise in datacenter engineering (mechanical, electrical and plumbing), GPU systems, high performance networking (like Infiniband), including a proven understanding of network topologies and storage architecture.

• Proficiency in system-level aspects, encompassing Operating Systems, Linux kernel drivers, GPUs, NICs, and infrastructure.

• Demonstrated expertise in cloud orchestration software and job schedulers, including platforms like Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and HPC-specific schedulers such as Slurm.

• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and their integration with traditional infrastructure is critical.
