What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the integration of NVIDIA technologies like brand-new AI/LLM models, SDKs, NIMs, and platforms.

• Act as the main technical contact, supporting research teams and customer groups with AI and computing challenges, from idea to deployment.

• Encouraging high-impact collaborations within NVIDIA and externally with industry-leading clients by translating complex requirements into scalable solutions and encouraging open communication.

• Take initiative in coordinating workshops, architecture brainstorms, and standard methodology sessions, empowering teams to capitalize on the latest advancements in AI and high-performance computing.

• Adapt to evolving priorities in complex, interdisciplinary environments, consistently delivering creative, analytical solutions while navigating ambiguity or conflicting requirements.

What We Need To See:

• Strong theoretical foundation in data science, machine learning, and deep learning, with proficiency in algorithms, frameworks, and development methodologies.

• Quick to learn and adopt NVIDIA’s software releases and platforms; skilled at implementing regular updates to enhance business impact.

• Experience building modern AI apps from POCs to deployments, e.g., using generative AI and LLMs for real-world agentic systems.

• Demonstrated expertise in improving and expanding AI solutions, knowledgeable about Kubernetes and Helm for optimizing performance in data center or cloud settings.

• Independent, resourceful, and self-directed in task management, while excelling in multicultural and multidisciplinary team settings.

• Effective communicator; translates complex tech ideas for interested parties, promoting inclusivity following NVIDIA's values.

• Holds an advanced STEM or engineering degree, demonstrating a hands-on approach and a creative, problem-solving attitude.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 5+ years of overall professional experience

• Expertise in scaling and performance tuning of AI applications using modern distributed infrastructure techniques, including cloud-native approaches.

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into agentic systems for real-world use cases, delivering innovative solutions at scale.

• Proficient in both Swedish and English, with a track record of working effectively across various fields and international cultures.

• Acknowledged for involvement in open-source projects, professional communities, or advanced certifications associated with NVIDIA and accelerated computing technologies.

What you will be doing:

• focusing on performance at scale, reliability, manageability, real-time monitoring, etc.

• Interact with end-users in academia and industry,develop a keen understanding of their goals and needs, define and deliver high-value solutions that meet these needs.

• Identify gaps and propose/develop prototypical solutions.

• Demonstrate accelerated computing and AI workflows, deliver trainings using NVIDIA GPUs and software for AI research,groom power users to be NVIDIA champions e.g. as DLI Ambassadors.

• Communicate customer requirements to NVIDIA Engineering to foster product improvements.

What we need to see:

• 3+ years of research experience in Deep Learning with a track record of scientific publications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) training and adaptation, including knowledge of floating-point arithmetic at micro-scale

• Passion for accelerated computing

• A graduate degree from a leading university in a STEM related field

• Action oriented with strong analytical skills

• Strong organization and time management skills to work in a fast-pace multi-task environment

• Self-motivated, independent, ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction

• Significant experience in High-Performance Computing or Deep Learning

• Strong collaboration and social skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers, and across organizations (Engineering, Sales, Support)

• Experience with DL frameworks, multi-GPU computing, Generative AI

• Fluent in English both oral and written

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with data curation pipeline at scale, data formats, filtering, cleaning

• Experience working with EuroHPC-class supercomputers or tier-1 clouds at scale

• Skilled at profiling, analyzing and optimizing code

• Understanding of HPC system architecture inc. distributed computing, networking, parallel filesystems, cluster operations, workload schedulers, etc.

• Experience working with NVIDIA technologies inc.NVAIE, NeMo, CUDA, NIM, etc.
