What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in EMEA AI Natives with multi-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

• Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating ground breaking solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.

• Advise on the technical enablement resources—such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools to highlight the application of technologies in solving real-world problems for EMEA AI Natives

• Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA’s programs, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.

• Map, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.

• Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies.

• Engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals, solve technical challenges, and promote best practices for successful integrations.

• Represent and advocate for the partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.

What We Need to See:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• A minimum of 8-10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in your designated ecosystem (e.g., Telco, MarTech, etc.).

• Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, EMEA AI Natives, ISVs, or within relevant verticals.

• Significant technical proficiency guiding EMEA AI Natives in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives.

• Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops

• Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

• Hands-on experience building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions for Generative & Agentic AI

• Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms

• Track record in crafting and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making.

• Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.

What you'll be doing:

• Design modern, flexible, and easy to use APIs for math libraries and lead design reviews with all collaborators.

• Work closely with internal (e.g., engineering, Product Management) and external partners such as researchers to understand their use cases and requirements.

• Become a domain expert by continuously surveying current trends in software systems.

What we need to see:

• PhD or MSc degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or a related science or engineering field is preferred (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing software for high-performance computing and/or AI applications.

• Advanced C++ skills, including modern design paradigms (e.g., template meta-programming, RAII).

• Parallel programming experience with CUDA or OpenCL.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation habits.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience using graph compilers and/or Just In Time compilation workflows (e.g. XLA, LLVM, MLIR, Numba, NVRTC).

• Programming skills with Python, and modern automation setups for both building software (e.g. cmake) as well as testing it (e.g. CI/CD, sanitizers).

• Experience with CCCL, OpenMP, OpenACC, multi-threading, MPI, PGAS.

• Strong background in numerical methods (e.g., FFT, numerical linear algebra).

• Experience with scientific and deep learning libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, MKL, MAGMA, PETSc, Kokkos, etc.

• developing scalable library software using modern tools and languages for various numerical method
• performance tuning, optimization, and benchmarking of algorithms on various architectures.

• PhD or MSc’s degree in Computational Science, Computer Science, Applied Math, or related science or engineering field of study is preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years experience developing, debugging, and optimizing high-performance parallel numerical applications on modern computing platforms, with GPU acceleration using CUDA
• Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills
• Proven experience in leading and completing software development projects.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation habits.

• Good knowledge of CPU and/or GPU hardware architecture,
• Experience with adopting and advancing, software development practices such as CI/CD systems and project management tools such as JIRA,
• Experience with working in a globally distributed organization,
• Advanced skills in debugging, profiling, and testing for accuracy and performance,
• A scripting language, preferably Python.

What you will be doing:

• Lead safety architectural discussion with Safe Linux, DriveOS and other product owners, architects for Linux based platforms focused on safety, security and quality

• Work with Linux distro vendors to align safety, security and quality needs for DriveOS

• Represent NVIDIA in the Linux safety initiatives in the open source community and industry wide safety forums

• Contribute and support development of work products for Safe Linux

What we need to see:

• BS/MS or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.

• 10+ years of experience with device driver design and development on embedded systems.

• Proven track record of architecting complex software for Safety with background with ISO26262 or other safety standards

• Excellent C programming, scripting (Python) and debugging skills.

• Solid understanding of computer architecture, operating system fundamentals.

• Experience developing drivers on Linux, QNX, or other RTOS on 32/64-bit ARM SoC.

• Hands-on experience with Debugging Tools JTAG, DSTREAM.

• A strong teammate; self-motivated with positive demeanor.
