What you'll be doing:

• This person is responsible for providing the project lifecycle development process from project kickoff to production release.

• Manages multiple complex programs that support the development of new board-level graphics card products.

• Coordinates project activities; assigns tasks and provides mentorship to specific functions of the project.

• Lead project execution meetings, weekly communications, and coordinate peers and operations with specified objectives; conduct project review and create detailed reports for execution teams, and call out to management as needed.

• Initial and develop a comprehensive project schedule, ensure key deliverables align to BU key achievements for the TTM launch.

• Work with design /validation and cross-function teams to ensure quality assurance activities; coordinate global resources and give direction and support to project teams.

• Identify threats impact to projects, tackle day-to-day project problems and provide mitigation strategies quickly.

• Leading changes, develop a revised project scope when project POR changed, monitor and track progress to minimize project risk.

• Key participant in after-action review activities, discuss and drive process changes as needed, implement lesson learned at the end of each project.

• Provide a continuous review of validation sample forecast, and monitor sample delivery to internal and external.

What you’ll be doing:

• Resolve complex escalations and technical issues by conducting meticulous research, reproducing problems, and performing in-depth troubleshooting for customers who are installing NVIDIA product and employment NVIDIA solutions.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product support via telephone, email, or conference calls.

• Address customer issues that arise during installation, operation, maintenance, product application, or when dealing with interoperability matters with other vendors.

• Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings and offer valuable feedback to the Engineering and Marketing departments regarding product requirements, customer experience, and support tools.

• As a technical expert, develop, redefine, and document best practices to share with internal teams (Support and R&D) for the enhancement of support processes.

• Conduct site visits and engage in conference calls with customers as needed.

• Overall owner of NVIDIA Automotive OEM Sales in China, chasing design-wins, driving growth initiatives, market share penetration, and solutions-based upsell strategies

• Evangelize NVIDIA autonomous driving solutions and bring NVIDIA's core value to auto OEMs and related Tier 1s

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that involve building relationships at the management level and expanding relationships in customer organization.

• Build strategic, effective and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within the accounts you will cover

• Ensure that teams are well-orchestrated and leveraged around accounts and opportunities, by communicating the strategy for each account, handing off opportunities to team members to allow them to effectively identify and develop opportunities and providing feedback as needed

What we need to see:

• 10+ years professional salesexperience, including 8+ years of proven sales experience in automotive industry and a track record of working with a wide range of business partners

• Extensive experience working in large “virtual” account teams – field application engineer, customer program manager, solution architecture, hardware, software, and leading these teams towards a common vision/ strategy for each account

• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

• Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment

• Define program schedules, achievements and work based on the customer roadmap and requirements

• Manage NPI engineering builds, Qual, Pilot, verification builds and alternate quals, which are to cover the whole product life cycle from Bring-up, development, launch, production, sustaining till EOL.

• Align with GTM/BU on latest product roadmap, POR and priority, Develop and align schedules and plans for new product launch.

• Conduct regular meetings and trackers to enable efficient and effective build management.

• Identify and address gaps/blockers to fulfill build expectation through readiness review.

• Coordinate unexpected/unplanned issues and requests that are related to material crisis, build disruption, customer complaints and etc.

• Work on PBR shipments and related issues.

• Work with CRB to review and implement change for sustaining product.

• Drive DFx readiness for product prelease.

• Chair regular meetings with both CMs and Engineering/BU to align build progress, adjust schedules and shift priority.

• Define KPI, monitor CM performance and drive improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

• First define the strategy and tactics for successfully executing graphics-based server product solutions (including AI/deep learning, high-performance computing, virtualization, and remote visualization), fromevaluation/proof-of-concept,todesign/development/qualification/validation,through customer acceptance and production datacenter deployment.

• You will then execute the plan you created by: identifying and assembling the core support team, formally kicking off the project with the customer, supporting the design-in effort by providing technical collateral/product samples/tools, leading engineering design reviews, ensuring the implementation of any customer-required features, driving resolution of any blocking issues/bugs, and ensuring customer acceptance and production deployment.

• Post-production/deployment,you will provide sustaining technical support to the customer and act as a case manager to lead resolution of field quality issues/escalations.

• Are you comfortable defining and executing complex program schedules with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and deliverables?

• Translation of customer requirements into specific tasks and assignment of those tasks to relevant functional areas should come second nature to you. Collecting, prioritizing, tracking, and driving customer-reported issues to resolution/closure is a key focus of this role.
