WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
· Partner with the NYC Director of Retail Marketing to enable the end-to-end strategic planning and execution processes.
· Create and leverage tools and processes, driving clarity, efficiency and simplicity. Producing playbooks & toolkits for teams to clearly reference.
· Orchestrate the seasonal retail processes to enable the delivery of seasonal and evergreen campaigns across owned and partner channels.
· Lead end-to-end operational management for the Retail Marketing team by setting and driving compliance to dates and gates, briefings, leadership reviews, budget planning/oversight.
· Track and report project health, escalating risks as needed, and working with retail leadership with create solutions to get back on track.
· Mitigate brand and business risks by being a subject matter expert on Business Affairs/Legal, Finance, Procurement/Vendor Management.
· Build relationships across the NYC and NA Brand Marketing matrix and contribute to the overall operational strategy, continuously improving ways of working.
· Part of the larger NYC Brand Planning and Operations team, feeding into the holistic tools, communications and meetings, to provide Retail Marketing clarity and transparency to project status and health.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report directly to the NYC Director of Planning and Operations and partner closely with the NYC Director of Retail Marketing. Your primary cross-functional business partners include, NA Brand Planning and Operations, NYC Retail Marketing, NYC Brand Management & NA Retail Brand Planning and Operations. You will also partner with additional internal Nike functions such as legal, NA retail creative, business affairs, and procurement.
WHAT YOU BRING
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
· 5+ years relevant work experience in Retail Operations, Operations or Marketing.
· A strategic mindset with innovative problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (preferred).
· Proven experience creating and driving an end-to-end integrated marketing process. Retail process a plus.
· Expertise in building and managing marketing budgets to meet business goals
· Presentation skills, proficiency in Airtable, Keynote, Excel.
· Proven ability to manage complex processes and drive alignment across marketing teams.
· Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects to drive seamless execution.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, with a diverse group of individuals and talents, strong collaboration skills.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As part of this team, we will be working with internal cross functional partners on the Go To Market process to internalize the Global and Geography Toolkits with a focus on creating content to suit the accounts needs. You will build a Partner-specific assortment that is in service of the consumer-centric strategy and collaborate with Planning to align specific assortment to the Merchandise Financial Plan,Franchise/ClassificationPlan and Allocation Plan.
