The Product Merchandising team manages the Chuck Footwear Porfolio for men's, women's, and kids. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You'll collaborate extensively with cloud infrastructure consumers across the organization, partnering with development teams, application owners, and business units who rely on your platform services. You'll work closely with other infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and avoid operational silos.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Corporate Security: Partner on security governance, compliance frameworks, and threat mitigation strategies for cloud environments

  • Technical Product Management: Align platform roadmaps with business requirements and translate user needs into technical solutions

  • Technical Program Management: Coordinate complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of major transformation projects

  • Architecture Teams: Collaborate on enterprise-wide technical standards and strategic technology decisions

  • Business Stakeholders: Support Digital, Retail, Marketing, Operations and Logistics, Planning and Manufacturing, Corporate Functions, and international operations

Leadership Experience:

  • BS/MS degree in a technical discipline (CS/EE/ etc)or related field.Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • 15+ years of progressive engineering experience (with at least 5 in a leadership role)

  • Proven experience leading specialized engineering teams through major technology transitions, particularly in cloud networking and compute governance
