As the EMEA Retail Marketing Experiences Value Specialist II you will report directly into the EMEA Senior Manager Retail Marketing Experience Value.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the EMEA Retail Marketing Experiences Value Specialist II you will create and own the end-to-end marketing plan for every Nike Value store opening, working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies and landlords.
Further details of what you’ll be responsible for:
You will be the retail marketing expert within the cross-functional team responsible for Nike Value store openings.
You will manage the marketing store openings budget. You will be responsible for raising POs and keeping track of the overall budget.
You will be part of zoning workshops providing feedback on the in-store consumer experience and storytelling.
You will work closely with our Visual Merchandising teams and external agency on the in-store signage and graphic order, production and delivery.
You will work closely with landlords on the opening comms and activation plan.

You will be a technical support and partner with a Lead Product Developer and the wider Development team. You will create and update Development documentation for our factory partners including Tech packs and Bill of Materials. You will prepare and engage in proto review sessions and take responsibility for the quality of material, graphic, craftsmanship, and manufacturing feasibility of your assigned styles. You will be a dedicated voice of Supply Chain towards our internal and external stakeholders within your account and channel responsibility. You utilize your strong account management & commercial experience to drive efficient operations and mutually profitable growth. You keep your business partners advised of risks and opportunities, and partner with your MPU and other operational functions to find optimal supply chain and commercial solutions. You will work reporting to the Running, Creative Director, within a team of creatives/designers, producers and writers/strategists within the EMEA Brand Creative studio. Internally you’ll work in conjunction with Brand Creative counterparts in WHQ. Within EMEA marketing, you’ll partner closely with Brand, Partner, Energy, and Athlete Marketing teams within the Sports & Lifestyle/Sportswear categories.
You’ll also commission and work closely with external collaborators such as creative and strategic agencies, photographers, designers, stylists, directors or creatives spanning unique disciplines.
By nature, you are multidisciplinary creative with a range of experience designing and executing across various mediums including Art Direction, Graphic Design, Typography, Digital Design, Social Media & Experience Design.

You are excited about new technology and communication methods and actively work to understand this everchanging landscape. You have an affinity for a broad range of creative industries including photography, image/film making, fashion, style and streetwear.

Extensive knowledge of design processes and software with proven proficiency in Adobe Creative, Figma, Keynote and related design software.
Proven experience in effectively developing, crafting, and implementing creative concepts to share with internal audiences through presentations.
Exposure to, and in-depth understanding of EMEA youthculture andbehavior.
