We are looking for a Lead Merch Financial Planner, NMP EMEA to create a 6 season rolling MFP for one (or more) major accounts, grounded in revenue, inventory, retails sales, profitability, productivity, margin, and consumer centricity. You will create pre-season plans that support the commercial of Nike and consumer field of play. You will manage these plans through to in-season optimization and delivery of commercial targets through a robust rolling forecast process and collaborative weekly offense with the Integrated Account Teams and various cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience (8+ years) in business planning (both retail and wlsl) & good understanding of finance, merchandising and supply chain planning processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage efficiently with a broad range of audiences including retail partner, senior business leaders and other senior planning leaders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of automated planning systems, particularly Excel
• Can identify commercial opportunities and leads decision making based on well-developed merch financial plans
• Demonstrated ability to influence and design compelling communication grounded in data
• A strategic outlook and experience in leading projects
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling & business acumen

• Partner with Consumer planning & CEMEA Assortment Planning
• Partner with key stakeholders across Geo to drive marketplace business health throughout the in-season product life cycle
• Influence and optimize inventory Sell-Through across Marketplace
• Reconcile In-Season Assortment Plans with Planning Rolling Forecast and Align to Consumer Fields of Play
• Execute cross-MPU trade-off actions to drive consumer demand, Nike and partner margin and optimize overall marketplace inventory health

You will be the retail marketing expert within the cross-functional team responsible for Nike Value store openings.
You will manage the marketing store openings budget. You will be responsible for raising POs and keeping track of the overall budget.
You will be part of zoning workshops providing feedback on the in-store consumer experience and storytelling.
You will work closely with our Visual Merchandising teams and external agency on the in-store signage and graphic order, production and delivery.
You will work closely with landlords on the opening comms and activation plan.

The Sr. Technical Designer coordinates the fit and construction from initial concept through to commercialization and production for assigned styles to lead to on time development and delivery according to critical dates, product specification, and sustainability, performance and profitability goals.
The Sr. Technical Designer will also create and revise Tech Packs for assigned styles and ensure all appropriate development documentation is maintained including product specs and prototype notes. In addition, the Sr. Technical Designer will execute fit and construction standards for a team or product group to ensure consistency. You will track and facilitate prototyping for styles; identify and address key issues and challenges inconstruction/manufacturingand plans accordingly to deliver proven and tested product.
