As a Senior Technical Account Manager in the tech industry, you will be the primary contact point for clients and will be responsible for all technical account management within the organization. Your main responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure successful delivery of projects.
The Senior Technical Account Manager will be expected to work with management, sales, customer success, and technical teams at all levels to help coordinate the strategic direction of customer projects. This may include developing goals and plans for the successful execution of project requirements, analyzing customer profiles, developing and updating customer support and onboarding plans, and monitoring customer feedback to ensure customer's needs and expectations are met.
In addition to the technical experience needed in this role, the successful applicant will need to have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will need to understand the customer’s needs and interests, as well as the competitive landscape, and be able to work well with cross-functional teams in order to provide the best solutions.
