  • Own the Professional Services readiness lifecycle for AML and Fraud product releases.
  • Partner with Product and R&D to understand upcoming features and ensure PS-specific implementation needs are addressed in each release.
  • Build and coordinate a global network of Field Readiness Champions to cascade knowledge, standardize implementation practices, and surface local insights.
  • Establish feedback loops by capturing field-level observations and communicating actionable insights to Product, R&D, and Enablement teams.
  • Maintain readiness dashboards and adoption metrics, delivering clear communication and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the management and evolution of central knowledge repositories, and solution blueprints are regularly updated and easily accessible.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 6 years of experience in Product Implementation, and or Business Analysis.
  • Understanding of AML compliance and Fraud prevention practices within financial services.
  • Experience working with Product and Technical teams to translate capabilities into field-consumable format.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Self-starter with strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for field success and customer outcomes.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Actimize knowledge/Development experience

  • Vast experience with creating specifications (specifically the ability to understand business requirements) and delivering them to software teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills mandatory.
