About the Role
In your role as Sales Partner, UK, you will contribute to the development and execution of the Agency Sales Strategy for the UK market. You will work closely with senior client team members, account planning stakeholders, traders, and investment directors within the largest UK Agency HoldCos. Building strong relationships with both media agencies and advertisers, you will pitch Netflix's ad offerings, become a product expert, and provide excellent customer service while navigating various priorities and time-sensitive requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an agency-focused sales approach for the UK to meet and exceed revenue targets and client expectations/servicing.
Build and maintain strong relationships within some of the UK’s top media agenciesto foster agency teampartnerships and drive revenue growth.
Develop long-term relationships with key Clients within those portfolios.
Develop sales strategies for the assigned Account portfolio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
We’re Looking for:
Approx. 5 years of experience in advertising or media (incl. sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth
Experience in TV and/or digital and programmatic advertising sales
Understanding of the Media Agencies/Holding Companies and an established network of relationships within them is required
A passion for entertainment and our Netflix product
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of marketing and communication objectives and pillars
Ability to move easily from strategic thinking to operational tasks
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‐functionally
Open to the challenge of starting a new business, comfortable with risk, uncertainty and ambiguity

In this role, you will support across:
Strategy & Planning
Support the execution of market-level commercial operations, strategies and processes to help build a high-performing commercial organization.
Own / support pipeline and business reviews on a recurring basis at the front-line manager or country level.
Own / support the execution of initiatives to drive regional effectiveness within Sales Operations and across the broader Sales organization.
Insights & Analytics:
Define, build, and maintain sales inputs, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Bring perspective to efficacy of current KPIs and metrics across the Ads function. Have perspective on how to evolve them.
Build detailed dashboards and monthly, quarterly review decks for senior (VP+ level) consumption to run the business. Lead discussions on business performance & state of business with expertise and full ownership.
Coordinate with global counterparts in (UCAN, EMEA, LATAM, APAC) to assimilate business insights and package for regular check-ins.
Core Process & Sales Policy:
Lead the implementation and execution of key Sales Operations functions (e.g., defining success metrics, reporting, customer segmentation, target setting, quota allocation)
Assist in the defining, building and managing workflows/processes on behalf of the broader Sales organization
XFN Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal team, commercial partners and cross-functional teams as needed to understand strategy and help develop plans for execution.
About you:
5+ years of experience in advertising/ advertising-related fields; and/or experience working in Sales Operations.
Self-starter with the ability to manage and lead large-scale, complex projects.
Strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.
Strong technical skills, including expertise working with multiple large data sets; SQL and data analytics skills are a plus
Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects efficiently.
Familiarity with agency and client-direct sales models.
Knowledge of the advertising landscape, including media channels and methods of buying.
Proficient with reading, writing, and speaking English, French / German / Italian / Spanish a plus

This is a full-time, individual contributor position based in London and reporting to the Regional Director of Talent Management.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
Strategy & Partnership
Equipping our leaders and managers across the largest growth region (EMEA) to role model leadership excellence, including cultural, localised and scaled leadership.
Advise on leadership growth and Talent Management strategies, with strong awareness of local and regional needs and nuances, specifically in London (LON)

Execute online EMEA - NPC screenings and surveys on the Netflix Preview Club tool
Partner as the main point of contact for all local partnerships with Post, Post Technology and Operations, legal, vendors, localization and customer service groups

Collaborate on and execute longitudinal survey sampling and weighting strategies with Content and Data Science teams
