In this position, you will be crafting and executing digital, social, and offline activations for the entertainment fans. The successful candidate will lead marketing campaigns with confidence, yet act selfless and stay inclusive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Building impactful strategy and positioning for our titles based on strong, locally relevant insights.

  • Leading regional campaigns across CEE markets to drive business growth, brand awareness, and fandom in CEE.

  • Position & launch Netflix local title campaigns to make them locally relevant and top of mind for our audience.

  • Partnership with local agencies and internal Netflix teams to develop integrated communication that delivers on intended impact.

  • Lead local extensions of global campaigns with creative and impactful media planning, working on special projects (stunts, content, digital innovation) that build love for the brand.

  • Managing campaign budgets, making financial decisions that reflect strategy and best Netflix interest.

  • Working closely with the Marketing Production, Publicity, Events and Content team - actively seeking for wins in cross-functional cooperation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in 360 marketing in entertainment or similar fields across theCEE markets(experience in launching marketing campaigns in Romania or Czech Republic is a must).

  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills in English.Fluency in languages like Romanian, Czech or Polish is a plus.

  • Outstanding ability in communication and argumentation.

  • Senior experience developing marketing campaigns from scratch including strategic positioning, key art development and video execution, audience identification, media strategy, and launch roadmaps.

  • Proven record of delivering outstanding and impactful marketing campaigns.

  • A curious creative and strategic mind, with experience in disruptive campaigns that generate social buzz across different audiences in CEE markets.
