Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Advertising Sales team and respond to day-to-day measurement requests.
Produce research and insights that tell Netflix’s Ads story to the marketplace and advertiser clients in areas such as audience insights, reach and frequency, campaign verification, and campaign measurement.
Use proprietary and syndicated tools to create regular reporting for stakeholders (both internal and external) on the Netflix Ads audience in comparison to competitors, with a key focus on AGF data.
Be a TV champion. Understand and promote the benefits of TV advertising and the Netflix Ads Audience.
Manage the day-to-day effectiveness study process with third-party vendors from end to end, e.g., sales requests, vendor intake, survey drafting, analysis, and report creation. Present findings to agency and advertiser representatives where appropriate and in partnership with the team lead.
Support other team members with advertiser and category-specific learning agendas & playbooks for Netflix.
General team project management. Project-manage the Germany measurement teams' output to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Build and champion processes to promote highly efficient working methods across the team.
General team admin, including vendor onboarding and vendor management tasks.
Work with measurement colleagues on regional or global projects where needed.
Experience & Skills
A minimum of 3 years of experience in media research and/or media planning at Streaming, TV, media agencies, or digital media companies.
Strong understanding of methodology, data, and systems from syndicated research providers (e.g. AGF, GWI, Nielsen, GfK, YouGov…), as well as direct digital technology and analytics.
TV and media planning experience (using AGF data and tools) is preferred.
Dual TV and digital experience is a plus.
Experienced in effectiveness measurements such as Reach & Frequency, Brand lift, Matched-Market testing, A/B testing, Marketing Mix Models and bespoke campaign effectiveness studies. Including questionnaire scripting.
Knowledge of the advertising landscape across all kinds of media channels and methods of buying. Ideally, with a TV focus.
Self-starter with expertise in managing projects independently with a high attention to detail.
Highly organised and experienced in building and following processes to make working methods more efficient.
Flexible and open-minded: able to thrive in a startup environment with ambiguity.
Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues; values diverse perspectives for better decision-making.
Highly curious, always looking for the meaning behind data.
Excellent writing and presentation-building skills.
Proficient in English and German.

This is a full time position
The briefs and outputs of these partner campaigns will vary: it may be a 360 consumer-facing campaign promoting Netflix and a Distribution Partner (e.g. TV, OOH, social, digital assets), or it may require executing operational tasks across key partner touchpoints (e.g. Retail, Sales Conferences, Call Centers, training materials). Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in delivering brilliant creative against a range of full funnel marketing objectives for established brands.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the creative development and delivery of multiple concurrent campaigns for Distribution partners across the DACH region. This includes creative ideation, approval across stakeholders, delivery & reformatting of assets
Join agency briefings and own the feedback loop with partners and agencies ensuring creative standards and guidelines are met.
Understand an agency's production process and represent Netflix at reviews, pre-production meetings and shoots. Oversee and manage production budgets, facilitate the production and operations behind a campaign on behalf of Netflix, and give the final sign off on campaign assets and deliverables.
Input on creative strategy, ensuring business objectives are met and provide guidance and feedback at any point in the campaign development. Establish and discuss clear and confident opinions on creative to quickly become a trusted partner to all stakeholders. Proactively contribute creative ideas and solutions that help us drive best creative outcome, driving impact for the business.
Use the results of creative testing and performance to implement change in the campaign where needed.
Cultivate relationships with partners and agencies to help establish Netflix as their preferred partner, and so they know they can reach out for creative guidance on campaigns.
Efficient and timely communication across multiple cross-functional internal Netflix teams (e.g. legal, business development, title marketing, publicity) so all relevant stakeholders are informed of the partner campaigns.
Be able to apply relevant references and learnings to maximize success across partner projects, and be firm in pursuing what is best for Netflix.
Handle signing of all contractual documents (SOWs, POs, MSAs)
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years campaign experience. We see the role suiting someone from a Brand Marketing role, a Creative role, or from Account Management at a creative agency. Creative acumen is vital as is a solid commercial mindset. Telco experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple partners, manage bandwidth to ensure each partner is appropriately supported.
Operational excellence, capable at prioritizing tasks and managing resources, timings and budgets across a range of briefs.
A forward-thinker, extremely organized, proactive. Someone that will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is always up for a challenge.
Confident presentation skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to foster and manage relationships with diverse business partners and stakeholders
