Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:Effective understanding of awide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, creative agency agreements, services agreements, brand partnership and co-promotion agreements, talent agreements, ad sales agreements; ad measurements agreements and licensing agreements to be able to support the drafting and management of agreements.
Coordination and Communication:Liaise with MACC legal counsels across EMEA and key legal partners in Content, IP, and other teams. Serve as a key point of support for cross-functional and external partners.
Legal Support:Support the MACC legal counsel in providing comprehensive legal advice on creative concepts, copy, activations and ads policies research. Assist in navigating rights management by advising on talent agreements or third-party IP rights.
Documentation Management:Oversee the collection, review and signature process of contracts ensuring that all legal documents are gathered, organised, and examined for accuracy and completeness. Maintain and regularly update internal trackers and databases accordingly.

4+ years of experience in a contract management and legal support role is essential to be considered for this role.
Prior experience in business affairs, media, advertising agencies, or within an entertainment company is a plus.

Comfortable assessing risk and making smart decisions in ambiguous situations.

The EMEA Country Planning role—based in our Paris office—reports to the Senior Manager, Country Planning, and covers the France and DACH markets.
Key Qualifications:
Provide data and insights to influence title support decisions, country strategies, and resource allocation.
Lead the exporting of campaigns by providing strategic insights to markets outside of the home territory.
Act as a liaison between the home territory and all supporting markets throughout campaign development.
Develop and track reactive performance for the local slate (acquired or commissioned titles)..
Act as a key point of contact for global and/or regional cross-functional partners, such as Consumer Products and Experiences.
Provide insights into marketing infrastructure initiatives, including new metrics, tools, and dashboards.
Scale successful country-specific initiatives to relevant markets within the region, as relevant and outside of title-specific initiatives.
Help local teams navigate different areas of the organization and connect them with key partners outside of their area of impact and knowledge.
Promote long term planning, visibility on country/title support needs and strategize fulfillment solutions.
Elevate relevant discussion points to other country pods and scale initiatives across the region.
Candidate Profile:
10+ years of experience in marketing
Deep understanding of creative campaigns lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch.
Ability to interact effectively with senior business leaders, showcasing excellent communication skills and executive presence.
Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to rapidly assess new information and propose optimal business solutions.
Openness to feedback and actively seeks out diverse perspectives from stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support near-term and long-term P&L and cash flow forecasts for Netflix’s content investments in France, and also supporting other regions across EMEA.
Perform financial scenario analyses, provide trade-off recommendation and guidance to stakeholders on budget optimization.
Develop insightful presentations/memos to facilitate decision-making for senior Netflix management and stakeholders.
Forecast programming flow and analytics to plan for long-term content health across regions
Manage key title metadata in FP&A forecasting system to ensure forecast accuracy
Work closely with the Public Policy team to comply with local AVMS requirements
Work cross-functionally with various teams locally but also across Europe and Los Angeles to support content initiatives in EMEA
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates are required to be highly analytical and technically proficient, with strong and effective communication skills.
Prior experience in financial planning & analysis / commercial finance is preferred, potentially combined with a management consulting or Big 4 accounting background.
Entertainment industry experience is not essential, although a passion for entertainment is a must.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of superior financial and strategic analysis and developing/delivering actionable recommendations based on this analysis.
The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative in anticipating and exceeding the business demands of stakeholders and business leaders. The candidate will be expected to think and act strategically to add value, impact, and offer insights into our programming initiatives in the region. REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and delivering actionable recommendations based on the analysis
Superior proficiency in Excel & complex financial modeling
Proficiency in English and French. Italian or Spanish is a plus. Clear and concise communication abilities are required; experience in communicating internationally is a plus
Prior experience working with or reporting analysis to high-level stakeholders
Sound working knowledge of related accounting policies preferred
Experience or knowledge of the European media/entertainment landscape is a plus
