Responsibilities of the role include:
Own and define the Photo & AV Studio strategy for Netflix France, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
Set a clear vision for your team and act as a compass within the Marketing group, guiding direction, maintaining alignment, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Provide clarity in ways of working, establish operational excellence, and delegate effectively, ensuring workload is distributed fairly and work is well-organized without micromanaging.

Act as the primary Photo & AV Studio representative internally and externally with talent, producers, and partners.

Oversee photography and video content for premieres, events, and photo shoots. Curate and deliver high-impact assets to internal teams.
Hire and manage photographers and video crews, reviewing scripts and schedules, and coordinating with production.
Track trends and innovations in the field; identify and onboard creative partners while building a diverse and dynamic network.
Contribute to overall Marketing strategy as part of the France Marketing leadership team.
Manage, develop, and support a team of Photo & AV managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and inclusion. Own the team budget.
Skills and Requirements:
10+ years of experience in visual content creation, with a strong track record of leadership in Marketing, Publicity, Social, or Communications in France.
Experience leading creative teams, setting direction, aligning stakeholders, and managing through influence and clarity - not control.
Demonstrated ability to lead with vision, drive operational excellence, and communicate effectively across a matrixed organization.
Deep understanding of the photography/video industry and digital formats.
Strong background in entertainment, music, TV, lifestyle, or advertising preferred.
Fluent in French and English.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:Effective understanding of awide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, creative agency agreements, services agreements, brand partnership and co-promotion agreements, talent agreements, ad sales agreements; ad measurements agreements and licensing agreements to be able to support the drafting and management of agreements.

As Head of Agencies, France, you will be responsible for the ongoing, day-to-day execution of the Agency's Investment strategy for the French market. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Advertising Sales who will have ownership at a high level of the Agency Investment relationships. As the Sales Partner in France, you will be responsible for helping lead the development and execution of the Agency sales strategy for France. You will work closely with the senior-level account director, account planning stakeholders, traders, and investment directors with our Agency partners. You will also start a strong relationship with the advertisers to evangelize the use of Netflix among the C-level suit: CMO, CDO, Media Directors etc.
