We're looking for a
Site Reliability Engineer

The Site Reliability department focuses on ensuring the continuous smooth operation of live production systems that serve millions of players globally. You will support production activities by troubleshooting, developing, maintaining, and documenting technical solutions related to Moon Active’s production infrastructure.

• Ongoing monitoring and control of the availability of the different services of the production 24/7
• Monitoring and detecting problems in the production environment, as well as 1st and 2nd tier infrastructure and application troubleshooting
• Working within Operations with interfaces to Product, R&D and Support teams to escalate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Ensuring proper documentation is provided for all supported SRE activities and standards

• Experience with Linux based systems
• Scripting experience (Python/Bash/etc)
• Basic monitoring experience
• Good communications skills
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability and motivation to work in a team and in rotating shifts 24/7 (~3-6 night shifts a month)

We are looking for an experienced
IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineerwho will be responsible for managing our corporate IT and Cloud environments as a part of global IT Infrastructure team. You will be suggesting, implementing and deploying new solutions together with maintaining the existing infrastructure, assuring that all our systems are in optimal condition, providing the best service to our clients.

• Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading our global corporate On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure. This includes Servers, Active network equipment, Firewalls and Cloud services.
• ⁠Providing support for a variety of cloud-related SaaS applications, with a strong focus on endpoint security platforms and practices such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway, Cloud-based EDR, and other cutting-edge endpoint security technologies.
• ⁠Defining network policies and procedures, including design and implementation of on-premise and cloud network systems that additionally includes monitoring of network performance, availability, utilisation, throughput, latency, and continuous improvement.
• Identifying IT related business requirements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• ⁠Collaborating with our security team to implement technology and security policies, safeguarding our systems and data from potential threats.
• ⁠Designing and implementing IT infrastructure in new offices worldwide, contributing to our global expansion.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.
• Familiarity with IT directory services infrastructures and protocols, including Okta/Single Sign-On, Microsoft Entra ID.
• ⁠Demonstrate proficiency in networking, routing, switching, access points, firewalls, DNS.
• ⁠Hands-on experience in managing Linux servers.
• Experience in various aspects of AWS - EC2 instances, S3 buckets, IAM policies, VPC, backup and recovery.
• ⁠Ability to lead projects from proof of concept (PoC) to production, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
• High customer orientation and exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with employees and IT teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be on-call to support critical production incidents when required.
• ⁠Fluency in English.

• ⁠Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• ⁠Familiarity with a wide range of cloud services, including compute, storage, databases, networking, security, and monitoring.
• Experience with device management and administration using Intune and Jamf MDM platforms.
• Experience in setting up monitoring, alerting and reporting for various IT services.
• ⁠Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning.
