We're looking for a skilled Marketing Art lead to join our rapidly growing company. You will spearhead the creative direction of playable ads for performance marketing and user acquisition. You will be a creative leader with a passion for both artistic excellence that supports a variety of casual game mechanics, and technological innovation, championing the integration of artificial intelligence to enhance our creative process, from ideation to execution.

• Provide strong artistic guidance and mentorship to a world-class team of designers and animators. Foster their professional growth and cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning that aligns with Moon Active’s signature artistic vision.
• Develop and write the artistic requirement for Moon Active’s playable ads, analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and player data, ensuring briefs are data-informed and strategically sound.
• Drive creative ideation using traditional graphic tools and AI to generate a wide array of visual concepts, mockups, and storyboards, enabling rapid exploration and iteration of new ideas.
• Providing constructive feedback on creative assets, guiding the team on aesthetic and engagement improvements.
• Oversee teams of top-tier in-house and freelance artists across all media types, ensuring that all playable ads visuals, from concept to final execution, meet and elevate Moon Active’s distinguished quality standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and self-motivation to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across the company.

• At least 3 years of experience leading a team of artists within a mobile game studio.
• Demonstrated experience in leading mobile game projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic and 3D tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or equivalent, with a demonstrated ability to incorporate these tools effectively throughout the creative pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative ideation, mockup generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar), and workflow optimization. A strong understanding of how to effectively prompt and guide AI to achieve desired artistic outcomes.
• A solid understanding of casual mobile games mechanics, UX & UI, animation, color theory, composition, typography, and diverse graphic styles.
• The ability to research, recommend, direct, and manage appropriate vendors and freelance artists.
• The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting evolving deadlines and priorities.

• 4+ years of application design and development experience.
• 2+ years of Unity (C#) development experience, preferred mobile 2D games.
• 2+ years R&D management position.
• Strong communication skills with a proven record of leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience of client architecture and technologies.
• Ability to carry requirements from early phase to full implementation.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious manager to join our growing team. As a Delivery Management Lead, you’ll manage a team of Delivery Managers, responsible to drive and operate both the planning and execution of our unique, high quality projects. You’ll work closely with R&D, product managers and other key stakeholders to help optimize the delivery pipeline and ensure on-time and high quality deliverables.

• Manage a team of delivery managers, responsible for leading technical delivery processes and for managing complex projects in a large, diverse, R&D unit
• Work directly with R&D, Product Management and other stakeholders in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Lead the long-term strategic planning of roadmap across the unit, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to planning, development, testing and deployment, to ensure successful execution and delivery of new products and features
• Measure and evaluate the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our work processes
• Introduce improvements to the development process, provide tools, flows, and actions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
• Apply effective communication and synchronization across the organization.

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, working directly with R&D teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of delivery managers, technical project managers, program managers or similar, within an R&D unit
• Experience working with senior management, providing strategic reports and updates
• Thorough understanding of R&D processes, methodologies, and best practices, with a track record of defining and optimizing such processes to meet business goals.
• Significant knowledge and experience with Scrum/agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira and other software project management tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to motivate direct and indirect employees and business partners
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
