Are you highly organized with an eye for customer success? Are you passionate about the tech industry? Our client, MongoDB, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for their United States, Austin-based branch.
This role requires a hands-on, results-driven individual to act as a technical advisor to MongoDB’s customers and partners and drive customer success initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include serving as an evangelist for MongoDB’s solutions, leading technical evaluations, collecting feedback, advising on the design of customer solutions, providing technical guidance to customers and users, delivering technical presentations, providing customer success reporting via dashboarding, and driving customer renewals.
The successful Senior Customer Success Manager candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field, 3-5 years of experience at a software customer success role and proficiency in MongoDB. In addition, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of database models, program models, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL and NoSQL, and web services.
