At Expoint, we are looking for an Account Development Representative to join our team in the tech industry, based in São Paulo, Brazil. This exciting role will focus on driving new business opportunities and expanding revenue streams for our MongoDB products.
The Account Development Representative will be responsible for developing new customer accounts in the region, while managing and expanding the relationships established on behalf of our Brazil-based team. You will be responsible for executing strategies to identify, approach, and secure new customer opportunities for MongoDB products and services.
As an Account Development Representative, you should have an understanding of our products and services, our target market, and be capable of generating interest from potential customers. You will need excellent communication and presentation skills, plus the ability to build trust with our customers.
Additional responsibilities include creating and executing account plans in order to meet goals of acquisition and expansion of revenue within assigned territory; creating relationships with customers and fostering long-term relationships; maintaining accurate and current account information within our CRM software; evaluating any customer feedback and conveying it to the relevant departments; and helping promote our products and services.
