About The Role

is looking for an experienced and proactive
Technology Procurement Team Leaderto lead and grow a team overseeing all aspects of technology-related procurement. This includes SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, software, licenses, hardware, and more. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supplier performance, and cost efficiency across multiple functions such as R&D, IT, and Business Applications.

  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement, managing the end-to-end procurement cycle across diverse technology categories.
  • Oversee and negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring optimal commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Manage the full purchasing lifecycle—from requisition to order generation, goods receipt, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Legal, Finance, IT, and Business teams to:
  • Define business needs and technical requirements
  • Refine specifications and scopes of work
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies and category plans
  • Build strong, proactive relationships with business units to forecast demand and ensure procurement decisions align with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze procurement data (e.g., spend, savings, vendor metrics) to drive insights and strategic planning.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through market trend analysis and supplier management best practices.
  • Drive global procurement process efficiency and enhance supplier partnerships.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in technology procurement, including at least 3 years in a global/international company.
  • 4+ years of experience in team leadership or managerial roles.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing, contracting, and vendor management within tech procurement.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a significant advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
