What You’ll Do

  • Guide growth across all of monday.com’s funnels —from acquisition to activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Take our impact driven culture to the next level with building strong growth teams and leadership who masters the growth methodologies.
  • Partner with GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to create seamless hybrid motions that maximize both self-serve and enterprise revenue.
  • Optimize and expand upon our established PLG and SLG engines, identifying new opportunities to accelerate adoption, conversion, and expansion.
  • Drive data-driven experimentation at scale, leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and customer insights to uncover new growth levers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape monetization strategy—across pricing, packaging, and upsell paths.
  • Work with monday’s leadership team to ensure growth priorities align with company strategy and long-term business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of product management experience in high-scale SaaS.
  • Director or VP-level leadership experience , with proven ability to manage managers and build high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in product-led growth (PLG) , including funnels, onboarding, conversion, and retention.
  • Strong experience working with go-to-market functions (sales, marketing, customer success) to scale hybrid PLG + SLG growth models.
  • Strong data and analytics background —expert in experimentation, funnel optimization, monetization metrics, and AI-driven insights.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes in large-scale SaaS environments.

Product Strategy

  • Define and evolve 's enterprise work management strategy , including project, portfolio, and resource management capabilities.
  • Represent the Work Management voice in company-wide planning, influencing roadmaps, customer engagement, and revenue models.
  • Deeply understand enterprise user personas (e.g., PMOs, team leads, execs) and translate their needs into differentiated product offerings.

Product Execution

  • Own the work management roadmap , establishing clear objectives and key results for initiatives related to task management, collaboration tools, project management, resource management and reporting capabilities.
  • Manage two product groups (and growing) , ensuring that each group meets its objectives and contributes to the overall success of the enterprise work management strategy.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among product, engineering, sales, customer success, and support teams to create scalable processes for execution and customer engagement.

Team & Leadership

  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product leaders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, impact, and innovation.
  • Act as a thought leader internally and externally on modern enterprise work management.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, including managing enterprise-scale solutions. VP-level experience a strong plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset, capable of navigating both high-level strategy and detailed implementation, with a requirement to have previously owned the product strategy of significant business.
  • Experience growing product orgs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and managing through ambiguity.
  • Strong presentation skills and public speaking experience.
  • MBA graduate.

  • Strong analytical mindset; adept at using data to inform decisions and uncover insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Champion best practices - Run internal workshops, publish monthly insights, and contribute to monday’s R&D.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years building or operating large-scale observability / SRE platforms, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Datadog (or similar), distributed tracing, log pipelines, and observability tooling.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, and microservice architectures (cells or multi-cluster experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to translate dashboards into stories that matter to engineers and executives alike.
