The Business Applications Team Lead will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of critical internal tools and business systems specifically for the CCO organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to improving CCo workflows through technology.

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Operations team to translate their designed business processes and requirements into technical specifications for internal tools and systems.
  • Lead the technical design, development, deployment, health monitoring and ongoing support for internal tools and systems, ensuring they effectively enable the defined business processes.
  • Work closely with various internal teams (e.g., CX, CS, Services, Product, Development) to understand their operational needs and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize internal CCO processes by implementing new tools or enhancing existing ones.
  • Manage and maintain existing internal applications and systems, ensuring their performance, security, and availability for the CCo organization.
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and platforms that can enhance internal CCo capabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for all internal systems, their technical designs, and deployment procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal CCO users as needed.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in internal systems management and development.

  • 3+ years of proven management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of APIs, middleware, and complex system integrations, including using tools such as Workato or Make.
  • Experienced in leveraging no-code and low-code platforms to rapidly develop and deploy scalable applications
  • Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining custom applications and integrations.
  • Proficiency in scripting and coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) for app development and automation.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps principles.
