  • Lead and Manage a group of of Strategic Global Account Managers within the Business Development organization
  • Drive OEM sales and commercial strategies through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with strategic customers, promoting a culture of exceptional service and insightful negotiations
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including RFQ/RFI review, pricing strategy, and negotiation of commercial terms
  • Serve as the escalation point and strategic partner for key customer commercial inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction
  • Guide the team in translating technical concepts into clear, compelling commercial value for clients
  • Support the success of multiple global OEM and Tier 1 accounts through team coordination and strategic oversight
All you need is:
  • Proven managerial experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar high-tech role, demonstrating your expertise in a fast-paced environment..
  • Strong background in technical sales, capable of navigating complex negotiations and sales processes with ease.
  • A natural ability to connect with clients and build rapport effortlessly.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of keeping the big picture in mind to make strategic decisions.
  • High level of proficiency in both verbal and written English to engage effectively with global stakeholders
  • BA degree; an MBA is a plus
  • Solid understanding of technical business principles, particularly in the automotive ADAS/AV market
  • Experience with tools like Jira and Salesforce to enhance productivity and track engagement efficiently

  • Create product roadmap and MRD
  • Lead technical discussions with worldwide automotive OEMs and Tier1 companies to translate future projects requirements into product definitions.
  • Serve as a knowledge source in your field, enabling smart strategic decision-making on Mobileye's product roadmap.
  • Interact with all R&D disciplines (Algo, HW, SW), testing, and engineering teams to define new product within the company.
  • Draw high-level product requirements based on management directives and inputs from customer project managers.
  • Create world view/Market Landscape in your field
  • Evaluate new domains for expansion
  • This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work from a Mobileye office at least four days per week, including at least two days in our Jerusalem office
All you need is:
  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering , Physics, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management within automotive, semiconductor, or embedded systems.
  • Proven expertise in a specific technical domain, defining technical product requirements and staying up to date with industry trends and advancements, maintaining detailed market landscape with competitor insights.
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders inbound and outbound, including technical experts (Algo, HW, SW), product teams, and leadership, to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create structured, high-quality materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
Advantage:
  • M.Sc. / MBA
  • Experience working with/at an Automotive Tier1
  • Hands-on experience as Algo developer / Path planning engineer/control systems engineer
