• Maintain and execute procedures around loss and dispute incidents
• Manage tags for loss scenarios and fraud patterns, aligned with Tooling, RiskOps, and Risk Analytics

As ayou’d be joining a small SME’s team dedicated to protecting Melio from bad actors. This team sits at the intersection of operations and infrastructure, bridging the gap between frontline execution and technical implementation. Qualifications:

• 4-6+ years of demonstrated success in sales and high-level account management.
