  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes

  • Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organization

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years experience working as a product manager in a successful startup / fast-growing company - a must

  • Excellent leadership and personal skills

  • Self-organized, process-driven

  • Superior attention to detail, coupled with a keen eye for the big picture

  • Capable of understanding complex processes, and identifying areas calling for improvement

  • Data-driven and analytical thinker

  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders

What you’re applying for

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Growth Data Analyst to join one of our agile analytics teams. You’ll be a strategic partner, and a decision maker, working closely with Revenue leadership to determine exactly where Lemonade wants to scale its Growth and Marketing efforts. You’ll help model complex data, uncovering patterns and delivering data-driven insights that help us grow our business. As a Growth Data analyst, you’ll ask the right business and strategic questions, and find the insights to answer them.

In this role you’ll
  • Be part of the Analytics chapter, spending your day-to-day as the data expert in our Revenue team

  • Build and maintain the data analytics infrastructure for accurate and timely reporting and sophisticated analysis

  • Provide the analytical firepower to help evolve our acquisition strategy and grow our user base effectively and efficiently, with a particular focus on EU markets

  • Collaborate with other data analysts and leverage the many marketing science tools we have developed to continuously measure, test, and optimize across all partners and platforms

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a fast-growing consumer company

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proficiency in SQL is essential; knowledge of statistical modeling is preferred

  • Hands-on experience with modern data analytics stack (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Looker) and common MarTech tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Appsflyer) is a plus

  • Knowledge with marketing measurement and optimization framework (e.g. attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality tests)

  • Familiarity with digital/offline marketing platforms and strategic partnerships is preferred

  • Experience with EU markets is a definite plus

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others

  • Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
