Qualifications

• Responsibilities for managing a team of project managers responsible for digital projects from initiation to delivery - gathering of business needs, writing the Business Requirements Document (BRD), collaborating with IT on the design and development phase, planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and driving IT Deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases
• Strong project management skills, including capabilities to develop detailed project plans, managing project scope and changes, coordinating project staff and internal resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
• Manage and resolve issues and conflicts, within the team or with other teams from Global Operations & IT, in order to support the COE goals and expected deliverables
• Be a key team player in strategic discussions & reviews and yearly strategic planning process
• Develop & Coach the COE team to ensure they demonstrate strong project management capabilities & skills
• Manage the digital system COE budget - including yearly plan, forecasting & ensuring actual spend is aligned accordingly
• Be responsible for the Digital project management methodology and continuously improve and introduce best practices to increase effectiveness and efficiency
• Part of the role scope may include assessment and pilots on new tools & capabilities being used in similar industries and technology companies

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years or Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
• Proven experience in project management in operations, preferable in digital systems projects. PMP Certification required.
• Proven experience in management of a global team, team development and coaching, and managing challenges and issues.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
  The ability to work effectively and influence process partners, peers & key stakeholders, manage scope, and drive continuous improvement.
• Good presentation skills and experience presenting to executive teams.
• Familiarity with the latest digital technologies and trends
• Ability to manage priorities where multiple issues must be handled simultaneously across internal & global departments and locations
• Flexibility on working on different working hours due to managing a global team and having multiple meetings and communication with teams around the globe
• Medium level of Global Travel expected (up to 30%)

Qualifications

• Structure and development of methodologies and best practices for exploration, proof of concept / technology and pilots of digital tools, platforms and technologies
• Development of GenerativeAI business in Global Operations - identify key business use cases which GenAI is a suitable solution for, and can bring high value to Global Operations growth and efficiency. Create a business strategy & roadmap for GenAI growth together with the BI Center of Excellence, under the Digital Solution organization.
• Leading and managing digital exploration initiatives : This includes overseeing the entire process from idea generation to completion, recommendation and ROI.
• Fostering a culture of creativity : Encouraging and nurturing an environment where new ideas can flourish.
• Implementing new ideas and solutions : Ensuring that innovative concepts are effectively executed and integrated into the organization when there is a good fit of value, ROI and adaptability to KLA digital eco-system.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams : Working closely with various departments to generate and implement innovative ideas.
• Building and maintaining relationships : Establishing strong connections with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and external partners, including IT & Global Operations organizations.
• Conducting market research and Industry benchmark : Gathering insights to identify emerging technologies, leading tools and platforms and stay ahead of
  industry trends.
• Communicating progress and results : Keeping senior leadership and stakeholders informed about the progress and outcomes of the digital innovation business.
• Interaction, meetings and discussion with teams and individuals which are part of Operations organizations around the globe - working in non-standard hours is expected to manage the different time zones.
• Travel is expected, up to 30%

• Experience in leading digital innovation, exploration, POC / POT and Pilots

• Good knowledge in Operations business process and different business areas (Master-Scheduling, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, WH management)
• Good knowledge in Digital systems, platforms and technologies
• High level of communication & presentation skills, including to executive teams
• Good interpersonal capabilities, ability to drive programs within cross-functional teams and organizations.
