  • Develops and implements sales strategies and forecasts sales volumes for all products / channels in China for the accounts in charge
  • Manage and drive direct selling and distributor business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, and business goals and objectives
  • Establish and build strong relationship with key accounts; work closely with them to develop and drive business forecasts and ensure good market share within these key accounts
  • Review and monitor market competitions and customer trends; analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep company and product services competitive
  • Work closely with the customer service & fulfillment as well as service team members to ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended to well
  • Interface with Division, Corporate Management on all technical and strategic field issues or trends that occur within responsible territory.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 10 years’ total work experience with prior 5 years in the sales/marketing manager level equivalent within the semiconductor equipment companies
  • Understand products, technologies, services and market within the semiconductor related industry
  • Hands on skills on sales related routine works

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 5 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the regional revenue and share for KLA products in the packaging market in China. This person will collaborate with colleagues in the SPTS, ICOS, Semi PC divisions and local GCO sales teams to define the strategy and execution for driving the sale of KLA products into wafer level packaging and assembly and test customers in China.

Job Description

The GSS Field Marketing position will focus on a region or a specific customer. Our field marketing team will work closely with the General Managers, Account Managers, Technical Engagement / Apps and Service teams in the following areas to achieve the following service business goals:

  • Understand the customers' environment and develop insights into the customers business objectives, growth strategy and technical and operational challenges they face in their semiconductor fabrication operations.
  • Track service business key performance indicators (KPIs) within the regions by product and by customer such as service contract average selling price (ASP), market share (MS) and gross margins (GM) and develop plans to achieve or exceed the target KPIs.
  • Conduct service forums with the account teams and customers to ensure customers understand the complexity of KLA products and the value of service contracts with respect to the tool availability targets, tool performance specification and other attributes of the service contract offerings.
  • Drive the penetration, share and adoption of service initiatives (Analytics, A@P, Enhancements, CIPs) by collaborating with the account teams and service sales to develop customer value message and ROI for the enhancements use cases. Work with Product Marketing to execute market validation surveys for the product enhancement roadmap.
  • Drive customer experience improvement programs through specific customer engagements to ensure that service execution achieves the target tool availability, tool performance, spares delivery and customer engineering response times committed in the service contract offerings.
  • Develop proactive customer communication strategies to inform the customer of risks to service execution and where appropriate, plans to address the risks such as mitigation or resolution of those risks.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree with 8 years related experience or a master degree and 6 years related experience or a PHD and 3 years related experience or equivalent experience

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - especially with MS PPT

Must have strong data analytics skills including ROI modeling, pricing models, gross margin modeling in excel

Knowledge of semi-conductor process, fab operations or equipment business is a plus

  • Ensure all facilities meet established environmental and safety control requirements in partnership with regional/local Security & EHS team
  • Deliver high level of services for facilities operations, maintenance, janitorial, transportation, pantry, reception, and other services
  • Stakeholder engagement with site managers, to support cleanroom, lab, and offices space requirements
  • Collaborate with the business continuity team on disaster preparedness policies and procedures
  • Be hands-on maintenance of facilities, equipment, and buildings

Space Planning & Projects

  • Develop space roadmaps for cleanroom, lab, and offices to meet business needs
  • Lead all aspects of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion
  • Manage project budget, quality and timelines

Real Estate Management

  • Drive proactive planning of real estate portfolio
  • Conduct timely lease extension, termination, or acquisition
  • Lead new site selection, negotiate, and execute lease agreements (justify and secure approval from approver per KLA policies)

Vendor Management

  • Manage the performance of JLL China team (Shanghai & Suzhou) up to the KPI, and drive continuous improvement, innovation, customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Indirect Procurement to select vendors for design and construction
  • Manage projects and operations based on procurement guidelines

Data Analytics

  • Compile market data, forecast, budget, and other analysis to support real estate investment opportunities
  • Collect/provide all GWS data to GWS COE as required

Qualifications/EducationDesired

  • College or Above education background 5+ years related experience in multinational companies would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business groups and align with company’s goals and objectives
  • Experience in leading country level network of sites, including knowledge China and international commercial real estate markets and regulations from proposal to build
  • Held position(s) in relevant or manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
