Overall responsibility for owning specific accounts' business to achieve financial and operation objectives in the accounts assigned, which include booking, revenue and market share etc.
Develops and implements sales strategies and forecasts sales volumes for all products / channels in China for the accounts in charge
Manage and drive direct selling and distributor business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, and business goals and objectives
Establish and build strong relationship with key accounts; work closely with them to develop and drive business forecasts and ensure good market share within these key accounts
Review and monitor market competitions and customer trends; analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep company and product services competitive
Work closely with the customer service & fulfillment as well as service team members to ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended to well
Interface with Division, Corporate Management on all technical and strategic field issues or trends that occur within responsible territory.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 10 years’ total work experience with prior 5 years in the sales/marketing manager level equivalent within the semiconductor equipment companies
Understand products, technologies, services and market within the semiconductor related industry
Hands on skills on sales related routine works
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 5 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years
