As a Vice President of Pricing Strategy in Auto Lending team, you will be supporting the newly created Credit Decision Unit (CDU). You will provide pricing analysis and strategic recommendations to support the business' goals around volume and profitability and serve as pricing support that aligns to the CDU related objectives. You will be involved in building pricing tests, finding opportunities to enhance pricing, and addressing quantitatively challenging questions while also supporting all CDU related initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop short-term and long-term pricing strategies based on the latest competitive landscape and business goals.
• Provide financial analysis for key pricing initiatives and serve as pricing support for CDU initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.
• Leverage existing data from random price testing, pricing experiments and competitive data/insights to develop a robust framework for portfolio pricing optimization.
• Provide ad-hoc datasets, reporting, and presentations to senior management.
• Support the product team to help enhance/implement needed levers to enhance pricing capabilities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in finance, data & analytics, or product strategy
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
• Experience managing a team
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with well-developed problem-solving skills and a clear understanding of the drivers of profitability.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Ability to make concise presentations with sound business conclusions.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Genetec Security Center on Windows servers, ensuring successful implementation and integration of security systems.

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues related to Genetec Security Center, and offer recommendations on best practices.

• Recognize and eliminate toil through systems engineering or automation, and implement observability patterns to improve service level indicators, objectives monitoring, and alerting solutions.

• Collaborate with senior IT staff and participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to Genetec Security Center and other IT systems.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience.

• 2+ years’ experience working with Genetec Security Center, including configuring federations, and experience with installing and upgrading Genetec Security Center software while managing Windows patching.

• Familiarity with observability practices such as white and black box monitoring, service level objective alerting, and telemetry collection using tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk.

• Possession of Genetec Security Center Omnicast certification and a good understanding of network protocols and security principles.

• Experience working with third-party applications deployed on Windows Server environments and the ability to work with SQL Server, including running queries.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring effective troubleshooting and resolution of issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various work environments.

As the Compliance Risk Management Lead in the Compliance team, you will be responsible for regulatory Compliance Coverage for JP Morgan India Pvt. Ltd.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation of compliance framework for JPMIPL.
• Act as the Compliance Officer and Principal officer for JPMIPL.
• Responsible for regulatory guidance and advisory to the business/operations teams and other stakeholders regarding regulatory changes as well as existing regulations.
• Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations, including AML, KYC (impacting the regulatory licenses held by JPMIPL), monitor and identify issues or gaps.
• Provide updates to the board on regulatory developments
• Engage with SEBI, Exchanges and relevant regulatory authorities for exam/ inspection and other RFIs as well as for regulatory clarifications.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistical Mathematics, Data Science or equivalent/related disciplines
• 10 plus years of experience in the Financial Services Industry with a demonstrated track-record experience and knowledge of Broking and Investment Banking compliance, including proficient understanding of India AML/CFT regulations and requirements

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Chartered Accountant, Master’s degree, LLB, Company Secretary or other closely related professional qualification will be beneficial.
• Experience in handling regulatory investigations is an advantage
