As a US Private Bank Strategy Senior Associate within Asset and Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in promoting key projects. You will be responsible for conducting and managing detailed analyses, as well as creating comprehensive presentations related to strategic planning, business enhancement, and optimization. Additionally, you will participate in various internal consulting initiatives. Collaborating closely with senior team members, you will conduct analysis and research, working extensively with colleagues across Asset and Wealth Management, including investment professionals, client advisors/market managers, and functional teams. This role offers you the opportunity to formulate and present recommendations to senior leadership and engage in regular interactions with senior management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of payment processing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of payment processing, including transaction monitoring, verification, and settlement, while ensuring adherence to established procedures and service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and sanctions screening requirements, by implementing robust compliance controls and procedures.
  • Continuously review and improve payment processing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and minimize processing times, leveraging automation and technology solutions where applicable.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with overseas payments, such as currency exchange fluctuations, fraud, and operational disruptions, by implementing effective risk management strategies and controls.
  • Manage stakeholders by maintaining close partnerships with Compliance, Products, Client Services, Sales, Regional Hubs, and other respective Regional Teams.
  • Collaborate with external payment service providers, banks, and other partners to optimize payment processing capabilities, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to payment processing operations, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement to drive operational excellence and meet organizational objectives.
