Job responsibilities

• Execute software engineering solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to apply knowledge of existing solutions to satisfy security requirements for Cyber Operations users and stakeholders (e.g., clients, users, product, platform, application owners).
• Lead the strategy for our UI estate, driving best practices on UX, architecture and integration with our back-end components.
• Design and implement user interfaces using modern JS frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Architect and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and/or proven work experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
• 5+ years of work-related experience in a professional software engineering role.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, such as React (preferred), Angular, and Vue.js.
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks, such as Bootstrap, Material UI, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong experience in building performant, scalable and reliable micro services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Athena, EC2, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience of building data pipelines, data models, and data transformation within data warehouses, knowledge of tools such as DBT is desired.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong understanding of API protocols and standards, including REST and GraphQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Git and GitHub, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

The Data Scientists in this role will:

• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of lending strategies including performance of marketing campaigns or customer segmentation
• Work with credit risk team to optimize the credit risk strategies for the lending products
• Consult with business partners on analytical needs and make strategy recommendations
• Solve unstructured business problems and develop deep dive analysis of customer behavior using multiple analytics and statistical techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

As a Client Service Manager (CSM) in Securities Services, you will join the client service team and have an assigned book of clients. You will have ultimate ownership for client satisfaction with JP Morgan, pulling together the internal teams and resources required to successfully service your book of business.

As a CSM, you will lead in-person meetings, manage client relationships, and coordinate service delivery to ensure client satisfaction with JP Morgan. You will also manage billing accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.

Join J.P. Morgan’s Emerging Markets Strategy team in London as an Associate or Vice President focusing on EMEA EM FX strategy. As an Associate or Vice President in Emerging Markets Strategy team, your primary responsibility will be to formulate top-down and bottom-up views on EMEA EM currencies via research reports and investment recommendations, confidently and coherently delivering these insights to J.P. Morgan’s internal and external stakeholders.

You should have prior experience of researching and publishing on EM FX strategy, interfacing with clients and the ability to identify changing FX drivers to generate investment frameworks. Alongside strong technical skills, commercial acumen and a rigorous forward-looking approach, you will need intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic and a team player mentality to excel in this role.
