  • Strengthen security and compliance in deployments using DevSecOps principles.
  • Optimize containerized and cloud-native applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Improve incident management and reliability with SRE best practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to automate deployments and improve system scalability and resilience.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and performance tuning across infrastructure and applications.
  • Contribute to DevOps communities of practice, fostering knowledge-sharing and innovation.
  • Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
  • Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies.
  • Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and applied experience.
  • Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Knowledge of Middleware software/practices (API Gateway/Manager, Message Queue/Broker).
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
  • Understanding of security best practices in DevOps (secrets management, policy as code, vulnerability scanning).
  • Experience with GitOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with C# .NET.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via email and phone at 1st and 2nd level response
  • Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd and 3rd line support teams
  • Interact with other areas of the company in resolving queries raised by clients and participants (Operations, Payments, Settlement, Trading, IT, Product Design, Sales, etc)
  • Provide ad-hoc training and education to users as well as contribute to Knowledge base articles
  • Maintaining contact with customers throughout the ticket life cycle
  • Identify and recommend areas for improvement within the Service Desk function that support and add value to business activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills in telephone and email etiquette through the Swedish or Norwegian languages
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Client focus, interpersonal skills and ability to network.
  • Proactivity and Continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Maintains highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.
