Job responsibilities

• Work with our teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals
• Work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. Throughout the summer, you'll learn about our business and our clients while building your own expertise
• Collaborate with various teams, including but not limited to market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis, develop products and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team
• Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events to grow your professional network

The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks. For the entirety of the Advisor Training Program, you'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives. After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the MMF clearing platform and associated off-balance sheet liquidity products with a client-first mindset
• Lead the design and execution of product enhancements to support scale, automation, and operational resilience
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure product structures align with regulatory and internal control frameworks

In this pivotal role, you'll navigate the intricate European regulatory landscape, providing expert guidance and oversight on governance, data privacy, ESG, and more.

As a Private Banking Compliance Associate or Vice President within the Private Bank Compliance team, you will be having strong interaction with regional teams across the compliance framework, Regulatory Management and advisory teams to support consistency and ensure local considerations are adequately covered. For that you need to possess a strong regulatory and compliance background to advise on core compliance obligations within the European regulatory framework. You will report to the head of J.P. Morgan SE – Luxembourg Branch Private Bank Compliance Advisory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Compliance advice to support the Private Bank (PB) business in particular but not limited to European Union regulation and banking requirements covering governance, data privacy, outsourcing, ESG, review of new products, product governance, cross border, Insurance, conflicts of interest;
• Partner with Regional and Global Compliance to ensure consistency and leverage best practices for the PB business;
• Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes (e.g. MiFID, MAR, SFDR, GDPR etc.,) and provide advice to enable the business to implement changes and operate in a compliant and controlled manner;
