At JPMorgan, the Trade Lifecycle Analyst – Team Leader provides leadership and technical support to the Trade Lifecycle team, which is responsible for the end-to-end control of cross-asset financial trading. As Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead an impressive group of professionals and guide them in managing the Trade Lifecycle system, as well as developing and maintaining various trading systems and improving the efficiency of the team’s efforts. Your duties will include performing a range of operational tasks and identifying gaps in existing procedures and processes. Additionally, you will be required to assess and develop new tools, systems and procedures that will ensure the utmost efficiency of the team’s daily operations. You will also be helping to detect and report any issues with trade lifecycle and coordinate with other teams to execute necessary changes. On the tech side of your job, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining various databases, ETL tools, reporting platforms and other technical systems. You will be expected to develop and maintain automated processes for the trading lifecycle and ensure the accuracy of data at each stage of the cycle.
