As a Request for Proposal in the Corporate Strategic Information team, you will be a strategic thinker passionate about promoting solutions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for Institutional and Wholesale clients/prospects by delivering accurate and compelling firm level content that highlights our unique value proposition and capabilities. You will collaborate closely with us and global product teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, focusing on firm-level content across topics such as Human Resources, Cybersecurity, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Trading.
• Maintain and enhance a centralized content repository with accurate, up-to-date responses, ensuring consistency across responses related to the firm, strategy, regulatory updates, and operational practices.
• Manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously, partnering with internal subject matter experts to gather inputs and meet client deadlines, while navigating complex and multi-product questionnaires to align with JPMAM’s positioning.
• Collaborate closely with various functions, including Legal, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Technology, to develop robust responses and ensure cross-functional collaboration to address evolving client expectations and regulatory trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of proposal writers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, and providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their objectives and develop professionally.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail when reviewing data, quickly identifying and resolving both data and format issues to ensure the integrity and quality of proposals.
• Convey firm-level narratives clearly and consistently across regions and documents, helping drive alignment on messaging in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the RFP process, including the development of standardized templates, best practices, and automation tools, to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Post-graduate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Asset Management Industry
• Awareness of business risk and compliance procedures
• Ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities, including immediate, short-term
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with experience in content management systems and proposal automation tools PMAPS/Ovidian/ Spectrum
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Saleforce.com applications also helpful
• Understanding of the asset management business, various asset classes and investment products
• Prior experience of writing or participating in the Requests for Proposal process is desirable, preferably in the asset management industry
• Ability to quickly gain broad knowledge of the range of assigned JP Morgan Asset Management investment products, in order to succeed in the role
