The Transactions Specialist II role at JPMorgan in India, Bengaluru is both a challenging and rewarding opportunity. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that accurate documentation is created and maintained in order to meet client expectations. You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and other internal staff, understanding client requests, and executing operations activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions. In addition, you will serve as a point of contact to provide guidance and assistance to client inquiries. You will also review and audit existing processes and develop and implement enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and prior experience in an investment banking operations role. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as exemplary customer service skills, are a must. Candidates should also have sound knowledge of financial products such as Equities, Futures, Options, and Derivatives and the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the financial markets.
