As a Reference Data Specialist IV on the JPMorgam Tech Team in Bengaluru, India, you will be responsible for the development of complex reference data solutions and coordinating the implementation of reference data solutions with other technology and non-technology teams. You will use your experience to ensure that systems and processes are working effectively to support the dynamic market reference data needs within our fast changing banking environment. Reporting to the lead reference data manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and maintenance of solutions for JPMorgam’s overall data management including the monitoring, analysis, diagnosis and resolution of any issues arising. Additionally, you will be the primary contact for stakeholders, respond to data requests, assess system status, manage execution of daily tasks, and ensure that reference data is accurate, reliable, and up to date. You will be exposed to JP Morgam’s Reference Data/Master Data, Custody Data, and Loan Data functions related to securities processing and end-to-end reconciliation. You will also consult closely with product, IT, and operations teams to define requirements and configure reference or master data platforms. Knowledge in Equities and Fixed Income operations will be beneficial. Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to developing and implementing reference data management strategy, developing and implementing metadata repository, monitoring and remediating service level agreement, ensuring stability of system performance, and developing enhancements. As part of the JPMorgam Tech Team, you will also proactively develop knowledge of existing procedures, standard operating procedures and policies that apply to JPMorgam’s reference data.
